Wenov Cyber Campus Lille
The site houses, among others, the Campus Cyber Hauts-de-France Lille Métropole, making this 3,000 square meter campus one of the largest cyber innovation centers in Europe. Located in the new WENOV building in Lille, it hosts SMEs, startups, companies, state services, and training organizations.
The campus is surrounded by fifteen office buildings housing five research and development laboratories, including Inria and CEA Tech, as well as major companies such as IBM and Microsoft. A 2,400 m² TechShop, located less than 2 kilometers away, is accessible for digital fabrication and prototyping of objects.
The campus hosts several schools and training organizations specializing in digital technology, such as Le Wagon, Wild Code School, and EuraTeach, promoting a continuous flow of talent and innovative skills. The site is also surrounded by restaurants, shops, a gym, and green spaces.

The building also offers office spaces and rooms adapted to the needs of startups and external companies. The site is surrounded by restaurants, shops, and academic centers.

- Various office spaces Ranging from 10m² to 930m², offered empty to allow for complete customization. A Temporary Occupation Agreement provides total flexibility to adapt spaces according to evolving needs.
AgroTech Willems site
Located just 20 minutes from Lille, the Willems campus is a center dedicated to startups specializing in AgTech and Greentech, offering technological solutions for agriculture, including connected agriculture, precision farming, and permaculture. The building also offers office spaces and rooms adapted to the needs of startups and external companies.
Office Options and Flexibility
- Office Spaces: Ranging from 27m² to 85m², available empty for full customization according to tenant needs. A Temporary Occupation Agreement allows for significant flexibility with a one-year term, three months' security deposit, and three months' notice period.
