FinTech/AssurTech

Dedicated to tech startups with focus on finance, insurance, legal or regulatory matters, the Fintech vertical has a workspace at the heart of the Euratechnologies headquarters in Lille.

Participating Entrepreneurs are accompanied by a startup manager to help them accelerate their development. With that, specialty mentors and fellow startups and alumni will support you as well, being part of an ecosystem which shares experiences, advice and networks.

From pre-incubation to acceleration, startups have access to various shared workspaces promoting synergies between entrepreneurs, as well as a dedicated training program in the form of workshops, mentoring, networking events and strategic meetups with corporate partners.

The vertical is located on the Blan-Lafont campus in Lille. In the vicinity there are five research and development laboratories (Inria, CEA Tech, ...) as well as major groups (IBM, Cap Gemini, RTE, Microsoft, SNCF, ...), training organizations specializing in digital, and a 2,400 m² TechShop.

With our partners (Cora/match Group, Nhood, La Poste, Majorel) and many mentors among the region's retailers, you will be immersed in a 100% retail ecosystem. E-retailers also benefit from a range of specific services (photo and video studio, warehouse, shipping dock) to help them launch their business.

The Roubaix campus provides access to various services: internet connection, furniture, projection equipment, free parking, conference spaces, coworking spaces, lounges, and meeting rooms.

PropTech, Mobility & Smart city

The objective of the PropTech/ConTech vertical (scope: construction, real estate, neighborhoods, cities, ...) is to propose and animate the best ecosystem (of partners, mentors, companies) to source, challenge and develop innovative projects proposing tech solutions for the entire value chain of a real estate project and beyond.

This vertical accepts projects that accelerate the transformation of the real estate sector towards the uses and professions of tomorrow, proposing products/services that will disrupt and improve the way we buy, rent, sell, design, build and manage properties.

The program is created by EuraTechnologies and supported by its consortium of partners from the Maille'Immo cluster (co-founded by the Sergic, Nacarat and Dalkia groups) as well as by VINCI Energies and VINCI Immobilier. The Proptech/Contech vertical collaborates with the entire ecosystem of construction and real estate stakeholders.

Situated in Roubaix, the campus provides access to various services: internet connection, furniture, projection equipment, free parking, conference spaces, coworking spaces, lounges, and meeting rooms.
