A problem caused by the scattered nature of tower infrastructure due to the need for MNOs* to provide services to a wide geographic market. This problem is further exacerbated by the wide adaptation of tower sharing, which increases the need for close monitoring of these tower assets. Failing to do so has resulted in unauthorised transmission equipment installations, rapid structure degradation due to Tower overloading and revenue leakage.To address this problem,Omnipresent Global has developed, Horus Asset Performance Monitoring Platform (APMP), a single view platform that provides access to tower site information in one click. From any where in the world TowerCos can draw consolidated asset performance reports (.i.e. tenant profit and loss statement), real-time site condition (.i.e. occupied leasable space, available site power etc.) and exception reports. Reducing the need to physically visit the tower site and driving down the cost of providing connectivity so that more people can be connected to the internet.
